How to cancel
Subscribers may cancel through the beehiiv subscriber portal or by contacting Verstand through the published support methods. Cancellation stops the next renewal. No cancellation fee applies. Support-assisted cancellation requests may be sent to [email protected].
Monthly Portfolio Edition
The monthly Portfolio Edition is USD $39.00 per month, billed monthly. It renews automatically each month until cancelled. Cancellation will terminate access at the end of the last paid monthly period, and will stop monthly billing.
Annual Portfolio Edition
The annual Portfolio Edition is USD $390.00 per year, billed annually. It renews automatically each year until cancelled. Verstand intends to provide an annual renewal notice approximately 30 days before renewal, subject to platform capability and applicable law. Cancellation will terminate access at the end of the last paid monthly period, and will stop monthly billing.
Annual Enterprise Edition
Enterprise Edition is annual-only: USD $2,400.00 per year for up to 5 seats, billed annually, or USD $5,400.00 per year for up to 12 seats, billed annually. A customer requiring a sixth seat moves to the 12-seat band. Thirteen or more seats are priced on request and do not proceed through self-service checkout. Public policies apply to Enterprise subscriptions and are supplemented by an order form or separate agreement addressing seats, account administration, billing, and negotiated terms. Unless otherwise stated in the order form or agreement, Enterprise subscriptions renew automatically each year until cancelled. Verstand intends to provide an annual renewal notice approximately 30 days before renewal, subject to platform capability, applicable law, and any order or agreement terms. Access continues through the end of the paid term unless the applicable order or agreement states otherwise.
Price and policy changes
Verstand will provide at least 30 days’ advance notice of a price increase or material policy change that affects an existing paid subscription, subject to applicable law.
Refunds and statutory rights
Refund eligibility and statutory rights are governed by the separately published Refund and Dispute Policy. Cancellation does not waive any non-waivable statutory right.
